How to Initiate a Request
To request a return or exchange under these circumstances, you must:

Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted
Once your request is received, we will arrange a return pickup. The returned product will undergo a detailed quality inspection by our trained team, with photo and video documentation.
If the inspection confirms that the issue is our responsibility and the product is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
For incomplete products, missing parts will be shipped after verification.
Didn’t Like the Product / Quality Expectations / Size Issue / Changed Mind / No Longer Required
We make every effort to ensure high product quality. However:

For canvas paintings with floating frames, minor corner misalignment may occur during transit or unboxing. These frames are adjustable and can be gently reshaped back to their original form.
